IMPORTANT INFORMATION

·      A returnable good housekeeping deposit of £200 is required before occupancy. This is our ‘please don't trash the place insurance’. It will be returned to you after your stay if everything is in order.

    

Sorry no doggies or cats. If you cant find a local sitter near you, you can try using the Rover app who offer doggy sitting services nearby. Or we can suggest other accommodation suggestions locally who may have availability.

·      Children are very welcome but tots need to be used to stairs (of which there are 20 leading up to the loft) – and we are sure they will love ‘going native’ in the woods, building camps, dams and taming nature. We have a few toys and games but please do bring your own as long as they won't wreck the joint like tins of slime or remote controlled cars which love skirting boards!

·      A baby pack - travel cot, bath, bedding and high chair is available for tiny tots. Please do order this.

  Once you are inside – everything is on one level. However there are 20 steps leading up to the front door from the parking area – so this may not be suitable for people of limited mobility.

 

 If you want to squeeze an extra one or two people in and use the sofa bed – this is fine. We can provide additional linen. Sofa surfers are chargeable at £20pp per night.

·      Guests wishing to ‘wild camp’ out are welcome to do so. We know how a love of camping sometimes can split a family – so hopefully this offers best of both worlds where those who can’t stand canvas can enjoy the luxury of The Loft whilst the rest of your team camps out ‘in the wild’.. we can suggest the best spots to set up camp. All children to be accompanied by an adult.
